Description
Vintage
The 2024 Barossa Valley vintage kept us waiting…after an atypical growing season. A wet winter was followed by a
coolish, wet spring. Unusually cool weather continuing until beginning of December. Bud burst was late, and the commencement of vintage pushed out by 2-4 weeks. However, perfect conditions prevailed for harvesting whites. Riesling was picked 25th Feb.
Winemaking
Picked early in the season to retain natural acidity and delicacy. Promptly pressed, taking free run juice only. Bright
clarified juice is fermented cool before stabilization, and into bottle on 27th April.

Tasting Notes
In the glass the wine shows a bright pale straw colour with green hues. Aromatically the wine opens with delicately lifted florals, lemon zest and some Granny Smith crunch. A pure line of citrus lingers, its finely textured, crisp, and refreshing on the palate. A wine to enjoy now or over the next few years.
