Description
Vintage 2020/21
The 2021 vintage was exceptional and will be remembered for excellent quality wines from the Barossa valley. Bud burst occurred mid-September, with flowering following midNovember. Spring was wet, but we finished with a dry summer, the mild temperatures resulting in a long, even ripening period, giving the grapes the chance to develop maximum flavour, whilst retaining freshness. Harvest began in February, and finished at the start of April, with conditions that can only be described as perfect with mild to warm days, no heat spikes, lovely cool nights combining for a lovely pace to vintage 2021! As good as it gets!
