Wine orders are shipped only to locations where alcohol delivery is legally permitted.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. The person accepting delivery must meet the applicable legal age requirements and may be required to provide valid identification.

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment and delivery of items make take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. PLEASE NOTE - we do not dispatch wine during periods of extreme heat.

Damaged goods.

Australia Post will notify us of any lost or damaged goods. We will contact you directly to arrange a replacement.
